Using Convive Lab
These Terms apply when you use the Convive Lab website, create an account, join a Group, or register for a Gathering. By using Convive Lab, you agree to follow these Terms and the community expectations shared for each Group or Gathering.
Accounts and participation
Provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. Registration does not guarantee entry when a Gathering has reached capacity. Hosts may set reasonable participation, safety, venue, and conduct requirements for in-person activities.
Membership and outside services
Membership dues, event tickets, and related transactions may be handled outside this website. Any third-party service has its own terms and privacy practices. Availability, schedules, venues, and Group details may change.
Recording & Media
By registering for or attending a Gathering, Showcase, or other Convive Lab event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, and featured in Convive Lab’s media, including social media and podcast content. Parents or guardians must provide consent for any minor’s participation in photography, recording, or media use. To request removal of a specific photo or recording, contact us at privacy@convivelab.com.
Your contributions
You remain responsible for material you submit, including profile details, feedback, and project information. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes another person’s rights.
